My mother, a writer and Spiritual Director, and I, a photographer, have come together to create devotional journals that combine her devotional writing with my inspirational photography. The devotional journals provide a process for spiritual seekers to begin developing and/or deepening their relationship with God with a daily practice of reading and listening to God’s Word, meditating on the personal message of the day, and journaling with reflections, insights and revelations.

As a result of the unique nature of these books which combine contemplative prayer, devotionals and photographs with seekers’ journaling of personal reflections, we found that publishing them in electronic format (i.e. as an e-book) was the best way to incorporate all of these aspects of the books. And specifically, by creating Adobe PDF documents with the comment feature enabled, the reader is able to journal right into the e-book each day and every step of the way.

All you need to begin is your computer and a Bible. The readings for each day have been linked to an on-line copy of the Bible provided by Oremus.org, so if you have an internet connection all you will need is your computer.

Images from this gallery are offered to enhance your personal prayer, reflection and meditation. They may be used as part of your practice of Centering/Contemplative Prayer or meditation and have been created to help you enter into the silence needed for your journey. More and more churches and worship groups are using imagery to enhance their worship services. I am pleased to offer quality inspirational images to be used as background imagery in the overhead projections of worship services. I have created Image Groups in a variety of themes that may be downloaded and used in Powerpoint Presentation software as backgrounds behind the text of the service, music, scripture and sermon.
